Serving temperature / Cellaring: Best enjoyed in its early years at 16–18°C.

Our tasting notes: The colour is a bright red with purple highlights. On the nose, the typical characteristics of the grape variety are evident, with fruity notes (fresh red fruits: raspberries, blueberries) and subtle spicy hints. The palate is smooth, with the fruity notes blending with ripe tannins.

Food and wine pairing suggestions: Perfect with a rice salad, roast white meat or savoury tarts.
