Our tasting notes: This cuvée, characterised by its complexity and elegance, offers an exuberant nose of peach, apricot, mango and almond. There are also hints of blond tobacco, mild spices and honeyed notes that blend with exotic fruits and pear.
Food and wine pairing suggestions: Pairs perfectly with seafood, fish, white meats, pan-fried foie gras, blue cheese, tarts and fruit desserts.
Here are the people behind this product: tall ones, long-haired ones, those with receding hairlines, the experienced ones, the bearded ones, the next generation, food lovers, blondes, brunettes... Three or four generations, families, friends, all united to always move forward and delighted to share with you the fruit of a year’s labour, as well as a product that reflects who they are: full of freshness, convivial, easy to enjoy at any time of day, friendly, and full of colour. So all that remains is to raise a glass. Cheers!
