Our tasting notes: The colour is pale pink with subtle silvery highlights. The nose reveals notes of exotic fruits and citrus (predominantly pink grapefruit). On the palate, the attack is very smooth and rich, whilst a vibrant freshness accompanies the wine throughout its length, leading to a finish that fades into a mineral note.
