Our tasting notes: A beautiful, brilliant golden colour with green highlights. The nose is enticing, dominated by notes of white flowers. The palate is fresh, crisp and well-balanced.

Food and wine pairing suggestions: As an aperitif, with grilled prawns or red mullet fillets cooked à la plancha.
