Description
Grape variety(ies): Cinsault and Grenache.
Soil: Clay-limestone soil.
Serving temperature / Cellaring: Best enjoyed in its early years at 16–18°C.
Our tasting notes: A brilliant garnet colour with violet hues. The nose is fresh with crisp red fruit accompanied by subtle toasted and grilled notes. The palate is refreshing with supple, elegant tannins leading to a spicy, peppery finish.
Food and wine pairing suggestions: Charcuterie, lamb skewers and other grilled meats, cheese platter.
This cuvée pays tribute to the work of our winegrowers. With the utmost respect for Nature, which they have learned to work with whilst preserving it, they craft this wine without artifice, mindful of the role they have to play for the environment and, therefore, for future generations.
