This cuvée is a celebration of our glorious past, as it is one of our first cuvées bottled by hand in 1954. In total, 10,000 bottles and two cuvées were produced, including this one, which is still available today. At the time, our winemakers were the first in the region, alongside the neighbouring Cabrières winery, to offer their wines in bottles. This pioneering status enabled them to enjoy great success during this period. The name derives from the skin maceration, which lasted just one night for this wine, resulting in a light, pale-coloured and easy-to-drink wine.
