Grape varieties: Grenache, Vermentino and Chenin, harvested when fully ripe in October–November
Soil: Clay-limestone soil.
Serving temperature / Cellaring: Best enjoyed now at 7–8°C or kept at a constant temperature.
Our tasting notes: A wine with a golden yellow colour. Nose of exotic fruits and dried fruits (figs, apricots, walnuts). Very smooth and intense on the palate.
Food and wine pairing suggestions: It is the perfect accompaniment to aperitifs, foie gras, cheeses and desserts.
The winery’s flagship cuvée for over fifteen years, the harvest takes place in early November and is carried out by hand on grapes that have been naturally dried by noble rot. Vinification takes place in 600-litre barrels with a very long fermentation, which helps to retain a high level of residual sugar.
